TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  • All enquiries will be responded to within 24 hours and must include the following details:

  1. Date

  2. Time to ready for

  3. Location

  4. How many people

  5. Services required

 

  • It is the obligation of the person making the booking to understand and agree to all the booking conditions. By confirming your booking and paying the deposit, you accept that you are entering into the contracted terms.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date

  • Full amount must be paid on the day of the booking, the deposit will be deducted from the total booking price.

  • If you have booked for more than one day, a deposit will be required for each day. You will only pay the balance on the day for that day, unless you choose to pay for all days on one day.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash dependent upon the client.

  • You will receive an email or a text message to confirm your booking once the deposit has been paid.

  • Only the people booked in will be completed on the day. Hair or makeup for extra people will only be done dependent on my next booking.

  • I do not do ‘eyes only’ or ‘eyelashes only’ so please do not request this.

  • Once a booking has been confirmed the times cannot be changed as I will have other bookings around you.

  • Trials are only available for brides, not for party clients. If you require a party trial, you will be charged at the full price of the booking.

  • Travel charges are applied at 50p a mile if you are located outside of Birmingham. (no charge for Birmingham clients). Travel will be charged from B33 to your location and the same for the return journey. If the location is further than 2 hours, accommodation costs may need to be provided by the client.

  • Lashes are complimentary and there is no reduction in the price if you decide not to have them.

  • Photos and videos of your hair and makeup may be used on social media and the website. If you do not wish for your photos to be used, you must let us know at the point of booking.

  • You have the responsibility to inform me of any allergies, medical conditions or sensitivities before makeup application.

  • You must make sure you are ready and wearing your outfit at the time of arrival to start the booking promptly.

  • Hair must be washed the night before and ensure it is straight. Hairstyles cannot and will not be done on damp or greasy hair.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their skin and lips are exfoliated and moisturised before the start of application.

  • If you have a desired look in mind, please let me know before starting

  • Hair padding, pins, buns and eyelashes are included in the package. However, hair extensions are not included, if you require extensions this will be at an additional charge depending on the type of extensions you need. (Please let me know prior to the date of the booking which extensions you require).

  • COVID-19 – only one person will be allowed in the room to get ready. Please make sure all workstations are sanitised. I will be wearing a face mask and gloves for our protection. If anyone in the household has COVID symptoms, please let me know as soon as you can as the booking will not be possible to go ahead.

 

Aftercare

 

  • Remove pins and paddings from hair. Wash your hair and condition without brushing out the back combing. Rinse the conditioner and shampoo as normal, condition once more and rinse. Pat hair dry with towel and gently brush out tangles.

  • Eyelashes can be used up to three times. Remove lashes and place in micellar water overnight, peel the glue off the next day and allow for the lashes to dry before placing in a container for safe keeping.

  • Use micellar water on a cotton pad to remove your makeup. Do not use wipes aggressively on your skin as this can ruin your skin texture. Once makeup has been removed, use a cleanser and wash your face as normal. Pat dry with a towel, do not rub.
