  • Do you travel?

Yes, I travel nationwide for bridal and group bookings. Travel charges may apply.

 

  • What products do you use?

I use a variety of different makeup from high end to affordable. I will only use products which have been tried and tested by myself and also what will suit the client’s needs.

 

  • Are eyelashes and hair extensions included in the price?

Eyelashes are included; however, hair extensions are at an extra cost depending on the type of extensions you need, and the hairstyle required

 

  • Do you offer trials for bridal and party?

Yes, I do offer bridal trials however I don’t do party trials. If you require a party trial, this will be charged at the normal rate of a party booking

 

  • Will the makeup last?

Yes, the makeup will last you all day provided you take care of your face throughout the event. If you cry, use a tissue to pat the tears rather than wiping on your face, this could smudge the makeup. When eating or talking, avoid licking your lips – this will ensure your lipstick lasts longer. Avoid going out into the rain or if it’s very windy as this could ruin your hairstyle.

 

  • How long does the application process take?

A bridal can take up to 3 hours to complete. Party hair and makeup can take up to an hour and a half depending on the type of hair and makeup required.

 

  • How much notice do you need before booking?

I would advise you to book as soon as you know your dates. I am unable to hold dates without a deposit. Dates can be transferred but this dependent upon my availability.

 

  • Do you only do weddings?

I cater for a wide range of events, this includes weddings, engagement shoots, photoshoots, parties and special occasions, proms, fashion shows etc.

 

  • When should I do personal grooming before the wedding?

Personal grooming such as waxing, threading or facials of any kind should be done at least 5 days before the wedding. This is to ensure you do not have any redness or irritated skin on the wedding day.

 

  • Can I use my own foundation?

I am happy to apply your own products if you wish, however there will be no change in the price.

 

  • What COVID-19 precautions will you take?

Makeup brushes and products used are cleaned after every client. Workstations are cleaned before placing my kit. I use disposable gloves as well as a face mask for all client’s safety.

 

  • Do you offer refunds if the event is cancelled?

Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable, however I am happy to transfer to another date dependent upon my availability.

 

  • Can you send me pictures of your work?

All my work can be viewed on my website, Instagram and Facebook pages.

 

  • Which method of payment do you take?

I accept bank transfer, PayPal and cash. Cheques are not accepted.
